OUR PROGRAMS

REFLEX
  • Beginner: Core fundamentals, transition to kid-pitch, high contact rateĀ 
  • Intermediate: Plate discipline, driving the ball, bat control, bunting, high contact rate
  • Elite: Elite bunting, body control, driving outfield gaps for extra-base hits, exit velocity, directional hitting, showcase preparation
  • Beginner: Fastball, form, plate approach, strike consistency
  • Intermediate: Individualized mechanics, fastball, changeup, pickoffs, light plate location, pitching approach and cadence
  • Elite: Pitching not throwing, situational pitching, hitting spots/location, develop 3rd and 4th pitches, arm strength, self-adjustments, arm/body care, pitching specs/mound downhill, radar velocity, showcase preparation
  • Beginner: Basic fundamentals for IF and OF. Making plays consistently.
  • Intermediate: Glove control (front hand, middle, backhand), defensive awareness/communication, improving angles, moving pre-pitch and post-pitch, hand/eye coordination / judgement
  • Elite: Polished mechanics, transfers, reading bounces/hops, mobility/lateral movement, moving through the baseball, high level communication, showcase preparation

Intermediate: Leadoffs, secondaries, reads, stealing, situational awareness, sliding
Elite: high-level situational leadoffs, head-first sliding techniques, ankle strength, efficiency on base paths, aggressiveness, reading the game, PBR prep.
