Training Sessions
We prefer to train outdoors when weather permits. We have access to local fields in the Lyndhurst and Mayfield areas. For pitching and hitting only sessions, we also utilize our outdoor facility that has all major equipment necessary for training right on-site.
During the winter months we partner with local indoor facilities around the Mayfield, Solon and Warrensville areas.

To reschedule, after clicking the cancellation link you will have the ability to reschedule on the page that appears.
To maximize the benefit of a lesson, individualized 1-on-1 training is recommended. If you prefer to invite others to a scheduled session, it will be an additional $40 per individual.
If you have interest in a group session prior to booking, please contact us and we can discuss a coordinated training plan at a discounted rate.
After you purchase a bundle, the individualized Promo Code will be in your order confirmation email. Use the code for the duration of your bundle purchase (ex. 3 pack = 3 times of use).
Go to Book Now, schedule your appointment and at checkout enter in the Promo Code. The cost will be adjusted to $0.00.
We are available for in-season and off-season workouts. Facilities are available year round to train and for you to utilized the purchased lessons. Bundle credits do not expire and can be carried forward.
If you prefer to no longer utilize our services, we can provide a prorated refund based on unused bundle credits. Please contact us to request a refund.

Gear Purchases
If it is a local sale we can distribute gear in person and will be payable by cash. Contact us to let us know what product and sizes (if applicable) you are interested in and we will coordinate a local sales exchange.
Reflex Baseball gift certificates are valid for 2 years after the date of purchase. Gift certificates can be used for private lessons or for gear.
Our policy offers a full refund within 20 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

If our warehouse or supplier fails to fulfill and deliver your order, a full refund of the undelivered items will be provided to the customer.
We will make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
